Boost Your Brand and Support Local Businesses with Custom Apparel - A Guide to Our Printing Methods!

As a business owner, you likely understand the importance of brand recognition and maintaining a professional appearance. But have you considered how custom apparel can help you achieve these goals and support other local businesses at the same time?

Brand management is critical in business, especially for For start-ups and small businesses. Custom apparel is a cost-effective way to get your name out there and build brand recognition. When your employees wear shirts or hats with your logo on them, they become walking billboards for your business. You can offer “swag” to your customers too for even more exposure and customer retention. This not only helps to increase brand awareness, but it also helps to establish a professional image and a presence in the local community.

But custom apparel isn't just about promoting your own business. By using a local print shop, you can support other small businesses in your community. This is especially important in today's economy, where small businesses are struggling to stay afloat. By choosing to work with a local print shop, you are helping to keep money in your community and supporting your fellow entrepreneurs. After all, we’re all we got!

When it comes to custom apparel, there are several print methods to choose from. Here are the ones we use at Apparel Kingz™

Screen printing is a popular choice for t-shirts and other garments. This method involves creating a stencil (or "screen") and using it to apply ink to the fabric. We offer Screen printing for larger orders and designs with fewer colors as screen printing can get costly to add many colors.

White toner transfer is another option, this involves printing a design onto a special transfer paper and then using heat to apply it to the garment. This method is most cost effective while maintaining high standard of quality for designs with a lot of detail and multiple colors

Heat transfer vinyl involves cutting a design from vinyl and then using heat to apply it to the garment. This method is best for smaller orders and designs with one or two colors. This method can be cost effective, especially if the shirts are fore give aways or one time events only.

Embroidery is a more traditional method of adding a logo or design to apparel. This involves stitching the design directly onto the fabric. Embroidery is best for smaller designs and more upscale garments. We plan to add this service to our business before the end of the year.

Finally, there's sublimation, which involves printing a design onto special paper and then using heat to transfer the design onto the garment. Sublimation will last for as long as the garment does as the process of sublimation imbeds the ink into the fibers of the shirt (or other substrate) so that it becomes part of the product itself. This method is often used for cups, mugs, keychains, and other items but can be used on Polyester apparel as well.
